Senior Brand Manager (farm&fmcg BU)

Big multinational FMCG Company (non food industry).


Design and develop category activation strategies for RU&CIS according to global guidelines and marketing priorities. Has overall responsibility for assigned brands/products managing the interface to product development and coordinating and driving product launches.


  • Successfully manage category development

  • Develop marketing plan for category in line with global requirements and other relevant marketing strategies and plans

  • Ensure collection of brand/product/channel related insights and consider them in the definition of the go to market strategy

  • Ensure efficient implementation of brand strategy in RU/CIS

  • Drive successful roll-out for global innovation on Country level

  • Propose and manage optimal assortment and corresponding pricing

  • Develop and coordinate BTL and other marketing activities with other communication activities

  • Manage assigned A&P budget and allocate to different activities

  • Contribute to the Global Brand Development work related to the assigned brand

  • Ensure adequate internal and external communication

  • Act as speaking partner to Commercial Director RU as member of Local Management Team

  • Build relationships with other functions (sales, customer marketing, product supply, logistics)

  • Lead, direct and develop a team (including personal feedback & development)


  • University degree in Marketing or Business Administration

  • Marketing experience (min. 5 years)

  • Experience in managing brand with full responsibility on a country level

  • Fluent in English

  • Broad and deep competence within brand marketing

  • Responsible and reliable

  • Able to work in changing landscape and limited timing

  • High intelligence

  • Has a can do attitude, is determined

  • Is committed and engaged

  • Acts as a team player

  • Stress resistant
