Цель

The Sales Operations Manager is one of key roles within the Sales Support group. The Sales Operations Manager will be the primary point of contact for Field Sales Director. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for a Sales Analyst Team.

Обязанности


  • At the request of the manager and in accordance with the schedule consolidate reporting per regions, pre distributors and per other parameters;

  • Check the quality and verify the data in the reports of Regional Sales Analitics;

  • Weekly sales regional reports preparation and consolidation;

  • Weekly recommendation list generation per each Area Sales Manager, Local Key Account Manager to guarantee smoothness of sales (in&out);

  • Control the quality of monthly report re the status of the regions which generates the following information;

  • KPI’s realization;

  • Project scopes;

  • Target achievement;

  • Effectiveness of sales force;

  • Competitors activity;

  • Financial indicators;

  • Consolidate the Local Key Account database: contact info, customer profile and portraits; ROI; sales out; trade marketing activities and other related issues;

  • Prepare other reports required by Field Sales Director;

  • Participate in the projects connected with evaluation of sales force effectiveness;

  • Organize communication pipe-line within sales and support department;

  • Involve into a different projects related to sales activity within the division;

  • Create and develop efficient, professional, motivated team by means of: 1. Selecting team members according to Job Description and Company values and requirements. 2.Make performance appraisal on the regular basis (together with HR Manager) of subordinates: efficiency evaluation (KPI and MBO), set objectives and correct performance of subordinates in order to increase efficiency;

  • Motivation, training and development based on performance evaluation, define staff reserve and work development plan for them.

Требования


  • Analytical experience

  • Sales experience;

  • Higher education;

  • 3-5 years of working experience;

  • English intermediate.
