  • Distributor’s targeted profile and roles  definition

  • Distributor’s assessment vs targeted profile

  • Distributor’s IDP controls

  • Mid-term strategy of Distributor’s network development and evolution based on below mentioned parameters:

  • Targeted number and size

  • KPIs and Trade Terms, overall balance of price policy for respective sales channels (NKA, distributors etc.)

  • Drive recommendations development for efficiency improvement of key business processes of Distributors cross-functionally (SCM, HR, Finance etc.)


  • Location – Moscow

  • Relevant experience in FMCG at least 4-5 years

  • Experienced in Project Management of Business Development

  • English language skills – intermediate

  • Strong communication, leadership skills

  • Analytical and financial analysis skills
