  • Be the bridge between Marketing & the Field Teams

  • Translate the directions provided into easy-to-understand plans for Field Teams to implement.


  • Convert the quarterly Country Activity Grid into a store-wise plan – for use by Field Teams
    ·        Prepare 5P guidelines – by Retail Environment (RE), for all categories
    ·        Manage the updating and distribution of MASS assortment with Recommended Retail Selling Price (RRSP) pocket cards
    ·        Support the preparation of Activity communication decks (presentations) every Monthly/ Quarterly for Field Teams & Key Customers
    ·        Keep track of storage & placement of key POP items in stores
    ·        Evaluate performance at store/ market/ town-level: overall, by category and against specific  Integrated Marketing Communications (IMCs)/ initiatives
    ·        Keep track of Gross To Net (GTN) expenditure & continuously Improve the Effectiveness of GTN spends
    ·        Perform First Call Last Call (FCLC) s and develop a good understanding of how the Field Teams work; what they can and cannot do.
    ·        Perform LIS exercises and provide feedback to the Marketing group
