· Forms a plan for all sales channels
· Carries out joint work with the sales department to analyze the discrepancy between planned and actual results and identifies the reasons for these discrepancies
· Generates a detailed report on the implementation of the plan and explains the deviations
· Provides information support to the head of the planning department
· Ensures the correct information exchange between participants in the planning process
· Participates in the planning department's projects to implement best practices in this area
· Manages the master data needed for planning
