Цель
The Assortment Manager owns the finished goods specification of respective assortment. The role drives activities to optimize this assortment to be cost effective and have right quality according to business requirements and objectives. This will help to avoid and reduce complexity in Manufacturing and to drive cost/quality optimization.
Обязанности
In charge of HHT/HaFa products and packaging in Region EAST
Responsible for driving toilet paper NPD projects and stage-gate processes (incl. budget planning and tracking)
Key interface to supply chain, GHC Technical Innovation Managers and R&D, Demand Planning, Regional Logistics (PIPO)
Drive and implement commercial innovation and product evolution based on customer/consumer insights
Secure input and agreement from stakeholders in Sales & Marketing (P&L effect, brand positioning)
Drive assortment optimization based on business requirements and objectives
Facilitate and/or coordinate de-complexity and quality/cost optimization when appropriate
Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements like Product Safety, Labelling &Claims, Legal compliance and global brand framework
Follow – up KPI system (ABC) /optimize
Требования
University degree
At least 3 years of experience in Marketing, Product Management and/or Product Development, experience from other areas of the value chain are an advantage
Profound business experience
International experience and exposure is an advantage
Fluent in spoken and written English
Excellent understanding of the total value chain (from business/marketing strategy to manufacturing capabilities), especially regarding cost impact
Excellent project management skills
Proven skills in effective product and/or assortment management
Demonstrate ability to work effectively in collaborative international environment
Excellent communication skills with ability to facilitate complex discussions with conflicting interests
Proven ability to drive and take decisions in a matrix environment
Good understanding of product safety, legal compliance and auditing routines is an advantage
Ability to travel is a must
